Who We Are

At the heart of Panther Rugby Academy (PRA) lives a mission and passion for overall player development. While excellence in Rugby skills is undoubtedly a cornerstone, PRA recognizes that true success extends beyond the scoreboard. Through a blend of rigorous training camps, mentoring, local, national, and international events, we believe our athletes are equipped with the tools they will need to thrive both on and off the pitch. PRA is a supplement for all our athletes as we support the primary commitments to their local Club and School sides.

PRA’s vision for the Rugby community is to be inclusive. Regardless of background or experience level, every aspiring Rugby player is welcomed with open arms. This culture of inclusivity not only fosters diversity within the sport but also cultivates a sense of belonging among our athletes, ensuring every player feels valued and supported in their journey. We understand many of these young athletes will not move beyond high school Rugby, but there will be those athletes who aspire to play at the highest levels. It is our role as a National Development Program to identify, work with, and develop all levels of talent. Our ultimate reward is seeing our athletes achieve their own individual highest level of play and success.

Since becoming a USA National Development Program four years ago we have worked tirelessly to evolve and pursue higher standards while providing our athletes a powerful platform to help build their Rugby skills. We wholeheartedly believe we give our players, parents, coaches and volunteers a platform to share ideas, make suggestions, and help us all improve as an organization with a single-minded purpose of developing our young athletes into great players and better citizens.

Youth Rugby (Boys and Girls U12 to U18)

Panther Rugby Academy’s Youth Rugby Program for Boys and Girls is a testament to the transformative power of Youth Rugby. Through an unwavering commitment to excellence, inclusivity and community engagement, the Academy not only cultivates top level athletes but also shapes the leaders of tomorrow. As young players lace up their boots and take to the pitch, they carry with them the values instilled by Panther Rugby Academy, embodying the true spirit of the great game of Rugby.

We believe Panther Rugby Academy serves as a catalyst for personal growth and leadership development. Through opportunities with leadership, event administration, travel abroad, and engagement in our communities, young athletes learn invaluable lessons in responsibility, accountability, and empathy. These experiences not only shape them into well-rounded individuals but also empower them to become future leaders in their communities.
